Birding on Palm Beach Road

Palm Beach Road in Nerul, around 30kms from Mumbai, has been in the news for speedsters but now it can boast of being a birders’ haven too!
Munias
Off Palm Beach Road, there are plenty of water bodies that host a variety of birds. So if you are a

birder and are free on any morning just head out to Nerul in Navi Mumbai and enjoy!
Large Egret
We took the path off Palm Beach Road near Chanakya and my brother-in-law Nandan, who is a

passionate birder, spotted and helped me capture quite a few! It is around 3kms from Nerul
